Two more suspects were detained in Moscow in connection with the clashes with the police on May 6. According to Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation web site, Mikhail Kosenko and Stepan Zimin are charged with participation in mass riots and use of force against a government official under Article 212 part 2 and Article 318 part 1 of the Criminal Code

Xenia Kozlova and Anastasia Yuditskii are released from Tverskoe precinct with no charges or police reports filed. The young women were detained during the single person pickets at the State Duma protesting the recent passage of the meetings law and the common practice of the police to ignore the Police Code articles requiring officers to present badges and IDs at the citizen's demand.

Xenia Kozlova and Anastasia Yuditskii, who were arrested earlier near State Duma were taken to the Tverskoe police precinct.

Two young women, Xenia Kozlova and Anastasia Yuditskii, were arrested outside of the State Duma for participation in single-person picketing. The pickets were held in relation to the recent passage of the electoral law by the lower house of parliament and the reluctance of police officers to present badges and IDs at the citizens' request as required by law. The detainees are currently held in a police van outside of the State Duma.

The police has released everyone held at Meshchansky precinct.

Yuri Emelyanov, Kirill Goncharov, Maria Efimova, Natalia Zabolotnikova and Zaza Abshilava were arrested earlier on the Manezh Square. Emelyanov and Abshilava were charged under article 20.2 of the Admin Code, while others were released with no charges after a lawyer, Nikolay Polozov, has arrived at the precinct.

All arrested at Manezh Square were released from Tverskoe precinct with the exception of Sergei Mitrokhin, who was just allowed to see the lawyer Mr Polozov. Most of the released were charged under Article 20.2 of the Admin Code.

Sergei Mitrokhin (Yabloko), arrested earlier today in at the Manezh Square protests against the new law on rallies, was released after charges were filed under Article 20.2 of the Admin Code. He was held for more than 3 hours at the precinct; he was denied to see his lawyer for two hours.

Stanislav Pozdnyakov, a Solidarnost activist, was questioned by the police today in connection with an alleged fight involving him and a police officer at Tverskoe Police Department. Pozdnyakov is charged with use of force against a government official under Article 318 Part 1 of the Criminal Code, faces up to 5 years in prison. He was released but is set to appear for further interrogation on June 19.

On May 31 Pozdnyakov was arrested at Triumfalnaya Square and taken to Tverskoe Police Department, where he was requested to sign his military draft papers, which he refused. The incident he is charged for has allegedly taken place on 1 April 2012, when Pozdnyakov was arrested after the "while-ribbon strolls" at the Red Square and taken to the same Tverskoe Police Department. Nikolay Polozov will represent him in this case, Pozdnyakov says.

Yevgeniya Chirikova was arrested in Khimki forest and taken to Khimki Police Department. Nikolay Lyaskin and up to four other people have also been detained.

Two people arrested earlier near the Federation Council of Russia are released from Trverskoe Police Department.

Alexander Budnikov and Daria Medvedeva were detained on the site near The Federation Council of Russia. They were taken to the Tverskoe Police Department.

 The police is releasing everyone held at Prensnenskoe Police Station with no charges pressed after collecting written statement regarding the events of May 6th.

To this moment there are 13 people held at Prensnenskoe Police Station, and presumably Drugaya Rossia activists are held at Krsasnoselskaya Police Station having their cell phones switched off. Vitaliy Kraev, whose arm was broken during detention, is still at Basmannoe Police Station. All other precincts have released everyone detained after filing charges under Article 20.2 of the Admin code - "Violation of the established procedure for organizing or conducting a gathering, meeting, demonstration, procession, or picket". The article imposes a fine of up to 2,000 rubles, while the State Duma currently working on amendments to the Code which would set the fines to 300,000 - 1,500,000 rubles for this offense. The people were detained by the police for protesting against these very same amendments. According to the data tracked by OVD-Info the total of 70 people have been arrested at the site near the State Duma throughout the day.
