 The police is releasing everyone held at Prensnenskoe Police Station with no charges pressed after collecting written statement regarding the events of May 6th.
To this moment there are 13 people held at Prensnenskoe Police Station, and presumably Drugaya Rossia activists are held at Krsasnoselskaya Police Station having their cell phones switched off. Vitaliy Kraev, whose arm was broken during detention, is still at Basmannoe Police Station. All other precincts have released everyone detained after filing charges under Article 20.2 of the Admin code - "Violation of the established procedure for organizing or conducting a gathering, meeting, demonstration, procession, or picket". The article imposes a fine of up to 2,000 rubles, while the State Duma currently working on amendments to the Code which would set the fines to 300,000 - 1,500,000 rubles for this offense. The people were detained by the police for protesting against these very same amendments. According to the data tracked by OVD-Info the total of 70 people have been arrested at the site near the State Duma throughout the day.
