Xenia Kozlova and Anastasia Yuditskii are released from Tverskoe precinct with no charges or police reports filed. The young women were detained during the single person pickets at the State Duma protesting the recent passage of the meetings law and the common practice of the police to ignore the Police Code articles requiring officers to present badges and IDs at the citizen's demand.

Xenia Kozlova and Anastasia Yuditskii, who were arrested earlier near State Duma were taken to the Tverskoe police precinct.
Two young women, Xenia Kozlova and Anastasia Yuditskii, were arrested outside of the State Duma for participation in single-person picketing. The pickets were held in relation to the recent passage of the electoral law by the lower house of parliament and the reluctance of police officers to present badges and IDs at the citizens' request as required by law. The detainees are currently held in a police van outside of the State Duma.
The police has released everyone held at Meshchansky precinct.

Yuri Emelyanov, Kirill Goncharov, Maria Efimova, Natalia Zabolotnikova and Zaza Abshilava were arrested earlier on the Manezh Square. Emelyanov and Abshilava were charged under article 20.2 of the Admin Code, while others were released with no charges after a lawyer, Nikolay Polozov, has arrived at the precinct.
